Job title: Power Device Packaging Process Engineer
Work location: Shenzhen CityJob responsibilities:
1. Responsible for packaging design, process development, and optimization of power devices, ensuring that product performance and quality reach industry-leading levels;
2. Participate in the design of packaging solutions during the development of new products, and solve technical problems that arise during the packaging process;
3. Develop and execute packaging process documents, monitor process flow, ensure production efficiency and yield;
4. Continuously improve the existing packaging process, reduce costs, and enhance competitiveness;
5. Participate in project technical reviews and provide professional packaging process analysis and suggestions.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor‘s degree or above, major in microelectronics, materials science, semiconductor, and related fields;
2. Have more than 3 years of work experience in power device packaging technology, familiar with various packaging forms and process flows;
3. Familiar with the physical principles of semiconductor devices and have a deep understanding of the characteristics of semiconductor packaging materials;
4. Possess good teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to independently solve problems;
5. Maintain sensitivity to new technologies, possess strong learning ability and innovative consciousness.
