Job responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the quality management of power device products, developing and implementing a strict quality control system;
2. Manage and guide the team to inspect and test products, ensuring that all factory products meet high-quality standards;
3. Coordinate and handle product quality issues, analyze the causes of quality issues, propose improvement measures, and follow up on their implementation;
4. Regularly organize internal quality audits, monitor supplier quality performance, and continuously optimize supply chain quality management;
5. Participate in quality planning during the new product development process, provide technical support and suggestions related to quality.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor‘s degree or above, with priority given to majors related to electronic engineering, microelectronics, etc;
2. At least 5 years of experience in quality management of power devices or related electronic products, with solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in quality control;
3. Familiar with ISO9001 and other quality management systems, with priority given to those with internal auditor qualification certificates;
4. Possess excellent team leadership and communication and coordination skills, a rigorous work attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility;
5. Have a deep understanding of the principles and production processes of semiconductor devices, and be able to independently solve complex technical problems.
