[Job Responsibilities]:
1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of power device products, including market demand analysis, product planning, design, development, and post market tracking and optimization;
2. Develop and implement market strategies and marketing plans for power device products to ensure their competitiveness and market share in the target market;
3. Collaborate closely with the R&D team to continuously improve existing products and drive innovative research and development of new products;
4. Maintain a keen observation of industry dynamics, conduct regular competitor analysis, and provide strong basis for company decision-making;
5. Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers to enhance the company‘s brand image and customer satisfaction.

[Job Requirements]:
1. Have a bachelor‘s degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or related fields, and at least 3 years of experience in power device product development or product management;
2. Familiar with the product characteristics and application scenarios of power devices (such as IGBT, MOSFET, etc.), possessing solid professional knowledge and market insight ability;
3. Possess good project management and team coordination skills, able to effectively drive cross departmental cooperation and achieve product goals;
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to flexibly respond and solve problems in complex environments;
